To obtain a position where I can maximize my multilayer of mechanical skills, operational knowledge of threat simulations for surface operations, small boat operator experience, role playing, serious games, computer simulation, and augmented reality.

 

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

Mission oriented, high-energy, hand-on professional, with a successful record of accomplishments as Mission Commander, Remote Control Operator, Small Boat Operator, Evaluator/Instructor, and Aviation Support Equipment Technician. Experienced with Missilex, Bombex, OPLAT, Piracy, Smuggling, FIAC (Fast inshore attack craft), FACFIAC, OSIDEX, Trackex, FPEX, SUW 5 and 7, Warning and Disable, Approach and Observation and night time operations. Also trained and experienced as an Aviation Support Equipment Technician in hydraulics, electronics, turbine, gasoline, and diesel engines.

 

Major strengths include strong leadership, excellent communication skills, competent, strong team player, attention to detail, dutiful respect for compliance in all regulated environments. Thorough knowledge of surface operations, naval assets, and a clear vision to accomplish the company goal.

 

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Mission Commander- Executed C2X, Grey Fox, Green Fox and Amphibious Sustainment’s on board NS Hunter, NS Hugo and NS Prevail as Mission Commander. One of the three Mission Commanders that successfully executed the first ten boat FIAC. Can multitask under high stress environments. Exceptional at planning, briefing and completing surface operations and simulations.

 

Remote Control Operator- Extensive knowledge of PCCU and SNTC systems, in both operation, installation, and maintenance.

 

Boat Coxswain- Knowledgeable of HSMST, QST-35, SDST and all tow targets in both operation and maintenance. Experience on these targets has led to an extremely high track record of mission success and safety.

 

Evaluator/Instructor- Served as Evaluator/Instructor designated by the Commanding Officer for Navy personnel in various qualifications to include; Mission Commander, Remote Control Operator, Coxswain and Crew person leading to a great increase in qualification percentage throughout the small boat program.

 

Top 10 Finalist at Start Peninsula 2012 for the idea presentation in using augmented reality for maritime surface threat simulations. This has led to a massive research effort into augmented reality using Metaio and Qualcomm Vuforia SDK's.

 

Completed an internship at Midnight Status. The project involved using VBS Worlds to convert aspects of the NATO Defense College's online course's to a 3D simulation.

 

Successful IOS and Android application launch of c.AR for company Midnight Status. The application uses the Qualcomm Vuforia AR SDK in conjunction with the Unity Game Engine to let users define their own AR targets. After the target is defined exotic vehicles are placed on the targets then letting the user scale, move, or adjust the color of the 3Dmodels and add filters. The application also lets the user post the image or video to various social media outlets.
